We ship worldwide from the UK

Items outside the UK are normally sent via Royal Mail Airmail. No tracking codes are available for this service.

Orders to Europe take approximately 3-7 working days from dispatch.
Orders outside of Europe take between 5-10 working days from dispatch. 
Occasionally international orders can take up to 21 days to reach you so please be patient.

Any customs tax or duty charges incurred from shipping items overseas are the responsibility of the customer.



Can I return an item?
If you've changed your mind please drop us a message within 14 days of receiving your order and we can arrange a return.
Items must be returns in unused, re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. 
We cannot refund original postage on returned items and return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Please keep proof of postage when returning goods as refunds can not be made on lost returns without proof of postage.

Are there any exclusions?
Custom made and personalised items are non returnable unless faulty. 
Any items bought as 'seconds' or from a 'sale' are non returnable.

My item was damaged, can I get a refund?
If there is a problem with your item please get in touch. All our packages are carefully checked before they are sent out but occasionally things can go wrong in transit. We don't want you to be unhappy with your purchase so please let us have the chance to make it right. 

If we can, we will happily replace the item as soon as possible, or if you prefer we can refund you for the cost of the item.
